Grain sourdough. Our grain sourdough is made with 80% organic white flour and 20% wholegrain spelt. It has a mix of several different grains- 50% of the grains used are sprouted. The loaf is covered in a mix of white sesame and black sesame. This bread is also made over 40 hours, and it contains 30% pre fermented flour- this aids digestion and improves gut health.
