Plain Sourdough

Plain sourdough. Our plain sourdough is made of 90% organic white
flour and 10% Wholegrain Rye. It takes roughly 40 hours to make this
bread- this long fermentation process helps the bread stay fresher for
longer, it also helps with flavour and aroma.
